Zumba For Kaden

Kaden McConkey Fraughton died earlier this month due to injuries from a car accident.  She left behind 3 small children ages 9,5, and 5 months.  She has joined us a time or to to shake it and she will be missed.  To help out her family, we have put together a special Zumba class to raise money for her family.  Please join us and spread the word!

   When:  Saturday, December 29th, 2012
   Where:  Fire and Ice Studio, Saratoga Springs
   Time:  9-11 am 
   Cost: $10 at the door
    Instructors:  Jamee Hale Kevern, Katy Lambson Hancock, Heather Skousen Doney, Carly Brecheisen, Claudia Bran Silva, Laura Vanderhoff, Jan Sanderson Green, Kristi Jackman, Heidi Jewkes, Arryon DiFebo, and Liz Darrelli.

Holidays are Coming and so is vacation time!!!!

Make sure you take time out to exercise during the holidays!! Your family will like you better and you will feel better about eating all of the goodies!!  Our last class for December is the 19th (Wednesday).  WE WILL BE BACK ON JANUARY 2ND (Wednesday)!!!
