Want something new?

Ready to push yourself a little more?  On Monday, November 19th I am going to teach a toning/endurance mini class after our Zumba class.  It will last about 15 minutes.  We will be using bands (provided) and you will need to bring your mat.  This is a good way to kick up your metabolism for the holidays!  This class is free.
