Need to AMP UP your workout? Try Zumba® in the Circuit with Curves®

Zumba® and Curves® have partnered to create a new and exciting workout in just 30 minutes.  It is called Zumba® in the Circuit.  You alternate from an aerobic station(Zumba) to a machine every minute for 30 minutes.  It is a time saving way to get your weights and cardio in one shot. I will be teaching this at the American Fork Curves.
